交換留職プログラム活動報告会（オンライン）
～異なる国で同じ社会課題に取り組む団体のメンバーが交流を通じて
学んだこと～

社会課題が複雑・多様化する中、NPOや社会的企業といったソーシャルセクターの重要性がますます増しています。一方でアジアのソーシャルセクターは、「次世代を担うミドルマネジメント層の育成」や「他団体との学び合いの機会が少ない」といった課題を抱えています。
こうした背景からクロスフィールズは、異なる国・地域で同じ社会課題に取り組む団体が交流し学び合う「交換留職」を実施。初実施となった今年度は、ベトナムと日本でそれぞれ「障害のある人と芸術文化活動を推進する団体」に焦点を当てました。
（本プログラムはトヨタ財団の国際助成プログラムにご支援いただき実施しています）
日本からはNPO法人エイブル・アート・ジャパン（AAJ）、ベトナムからは社会的企業の
Toheが参加。それぞれメンバーを、互いの組織に一定期間派遣しました。同じ社会課題の解決を目指しながらも、組織風土や事業運営が全く異なる2団体。派遣された各団体の留職者はそれぞれどのような学びを持ち帰ったのでしょうか？
本イベントでは各団体より派遣された留職者が登壇。それぞれの組織訪問を通じて感じたことや学びなどを報告します。

Reporting Session on the Exchange Program (Online)
“Lessons from the exchange program between the organizations working on the same social issues in different countries”
As social issues have become more complex and diverse, social sectors
such as NPOs and social enterprises are becoming increasingly
important. On the other hand, the social sector in Asia is facing
challenges such as "training of middle management who will lead
the next generation" and "lack of opportunities to learn from other
organizations.”
Against this background, Cross Fields has implemented the "Exchange Program",
in which organizations working on the same social issues in different regions and
countries interact and learn from each other. The first program in this year was held
in Viet Nam and Japan, focusing on the organizations that promote artistic and cultural
activities with people with disabilities in each country.

Able Art Japan (AAJ), a NPO from Japan, and Tohe, a social enterprise
from Viet Nam joined this program. Each organization dispatched its
members to the other's organization for a certain period of time.
Although both organizations aim to solve the same social issues, their
organizational culture and business operations are completely
different. What did the participants from each organization learn?
In this event, the participants from each organization will share what
they felt and learned through their visits to the respective organizations.
